Hoe werkt tuften?
Tufting is essentially like drawing, but with yarn!
The process starts with "shooting" yarn through a fabric, where each thread is securely attached. I then finish the back of the rug with a layer of glue and a fabric backing. The final step is carefully trimming and shaping the rug to achieve the desired form and a neat finish. Using different tufting guns and techniques, I create unique textures and effects, making each rug special.
Can I request a custom rug?
Yes, you certainly can! Visit the 'Custom Design' page for all the details on how to request a custom-made rug.
Can I hang a rug on the wall?
Yes, you can! Many of my rugs are also perfect as wall decor. The possibilities depend on the shape and size, but with a little creativity, almost any design can be hung on the wall. If a product doesn't specifically mention that it's also intended as a wall hanging, feel free to send me a request, and I'll be happy to see what can be done to prepare your rug as wall decor!

How do I care for my rug?
My rugs are designed as a decorative addition to your home, office, or other spaces. They will stay beautiful the longest in areas with little foot traffic.
- Avoid damp environments like the bathroom to keep the fibers in good condition.
- Light vacuuming is fine, but avoid using a rotating brush to prevent wear.
- Never put the rug in the washing machine or dryer, as the backing is attached with glue that doesn’t handle water well.
- For stains, it’s best to clean them gently by hand and let the rug air dry.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because I make everything myself, rugs that are in stock can be shipped within 1 to 5 days. Custom orders can take 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and current workload.
Can I return my rug?
I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. In special cases, we may consider a return. However, please keep in mind that personalized rugs cannot be returned. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your rug, and ensure it is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and a full quality check will be performed before a refund is approved. If everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
