Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination. Shipping costs will be automatically displayed at checkout.

I use reliable shipping partners to send orders within the European Union. Shipping costs for international orders outside the EU are currently not offered, but I plan to expand this option in the future.

Processing Time

Since all products are handmade, processing time may vary:

  • In-stock products: Orders for rugs that are in stock are typically shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
  • Custom and personalized orders: The production time for custom or personalized rugs may range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and current workload.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

  • Within the European Union: At this moment, I only ship to countries within the European Union.
  • International Shipping: Shipping outside the European Union is currently not available, but I plan to offer shipping to other countries in the future.

Delivery Times

The expected delivery time depends on your location and the type of product:

  • Within the Netherlands: 1 to 5 business days
  • Outside the Netherlands (within the European Union): 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during busy periods, such as holidays, or due to delays with postal services.

Loss or Damage during Shipping

Although I take great care in packaging all orders, it may happen in exceptional cases that a package is lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue and work together to find a solution.

If your order is damaged or lost, it is important to report it directly to the carrier. I am happy to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and will support you in investigating the situation to find a suitable solution.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, I limit my shipping to countries within the European Union. In the future, it may be possible to offer shipping to other regions. Please keep an eye on my website for any updates.
