Return and Refund Policy
Sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why I offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The rug must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged.
- It must be in its original packaging with any tags still attached.
- Personalized rugs or custom-made items unfortunately cannot be returned.
- Please ensure you have proof of purchase or an order confirmation for your return request.
Return Process
Contact me at Info@moosiesrugs.com to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, I will send you instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and I recommend using a traceable shipping method. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Address
The return address and further instructions will be sent to you via email once your return request is approved.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if there is any damage or if you received the wrong item. I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. :)
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to process the refund.
Exceptions and Exchanges
Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for custom or personalized rugs, as they are specifically and personally made for you. However, I always want you to be happy with what you’ve received, so if there’s an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Perhaps we can find another solution together.
