Welcome to Moosie’s Rugs!

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the products and services I offer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at Info@moosiesrugs.com.

1. General

I offer unique, handmade rugs that are made with care and attention. These terms apply to all orders and agreements between Moosie’s Rugs and you, the customer. I reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Product Information

Each rug is handmade, which may result in slight variations in color, size, and pattern. These differences are a characteristic of handcrafted products and make each piece unique.

3. Order and Payment

Orders can be placed through my website, via email (Info@moosiesrugs.com), or via a DM on Instagram. Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation with payment details. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before I begin the production of your rug.

4. Processing Time and Delivery

Since all products are handmade and I handle all business activities personally, I strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Products available on the webshop for immediate purchase are ready for shipment and are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

For custom or personalized orders, production time can vary from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and current workload. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with shipping information.

5. Return Policy

I offer a 14-day return policy for non-personalized products, as described in my Return Policy. Personalized and custom-made rugs cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specifically made for you. Please feel free to contact me if something is not to your satisfaction, and we can work together to find a solution.

6. Intellectual Property and Designs

Some rugs I have made are based on designs from shows, series, cartoons, or other media, and are custom ordered by customers. I do not claim ownership of these specific designs and hold no copyright over such reproductions, which are made solely upon request.

However, the original designs I have personally created and made available on the webshop are my property and are protected by copyright. These designs may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without my explicit written consent.

7. Warranty and Liability

I stand behind the quality of my products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your rug, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I am not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or maintenance by third parties.

Please also always check the care instructions page to ensure that your rug stays in the best condition and to minimize wear over time. <3

8. Privacy

I value your privacy and ensure that your data is processed securely. Personal data is mainly used to process your orders and will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law. Additionally, I use certain data for purposes such as improving my services through Google Analytics and for marketing purposes, so I can provide you with relevant offers and optimize your shopping experience.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the case of disputes, we will attempt to resolve them through mutual discussion. If this is not possible, disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes to the Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms is always available on my website. By using my services, you agree to the terms in effect at that time.
